There you can complete the offer, being sure to fulfill the deal requirements (e.g. a minimum purchase amount, new customer, etc.). The partner will subsequently confirm your purchase and you will automatically receive a message from deal united with the code for your free product.

Once you have completed an offer with one of our partners and have met the offer conditions, the partner confirms your purchase and you receive an email from deal united with the code for your free product and any other necessary details.

Processing times may vary. Most of our partners confirm your purchase within a few hours; however the time necessary for confirmation may vary from partner to partner. The maximum processing time for each offer is specified in the offer description. You can also check the confirmation period of your deal in your customer account.

You can check the current status of your deal in your online customer account any time.

If the expected confirmation period is up and you haven’t heard from deal united, please check your spam folder. If deal united has not contacted you, please send an email to our customer support team. Be sure to attach the invoice from your transaction to your email so that we can confirm your deal if necessary. We will naturally treat your billing data with complete confidentiality. Your information is completely safe with us and will not be passed on to third parties in any form.
